Shipping & Returning Guide

Warehouse Point: We pack and ship all of our orders from our store & warehouse in the United Kingdom.

Forwarding: Our forwarding time for order typically take 1-2 business days and are subject to stock availability. If any items which are not in stock, we will notify you the date of the availability via Calls/Email.

While buying any of our products, please be sure your shipping address is correct. If the address is an apartment complex, don’t forget to mention your apartment number.  

Please take note, If the shipping address which provide is incorrect and/or customer is not available to receive or refuses delivery, which causes the package to be returned or discarded, you will still be charged for shipping plus any return shipping fees as applicable.

Shipping address should be a safe and secure location for deliveries. We cannot take responsibility for packages that are stolen after the carrier completes delivery.

Standard Shipping: USA (50 states), Puerto Rico, Military address and Canada – We choose the shipping method. Usually by UPS or USPS. Shipping cost is determined extremely by a flat value rate which you see on your cart during purchase.


Buyers must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Be sure the product is not opened or used. Returned items must be in original, unused and undamaged condition.  We cannot refund or exchange products that are used or tampered with in any way. Ship the product back to us. When we receive your item and it is in accordance to the above conditions, we will issue a credit against your credit card for that item.

If you are not satisfied with the quality or performance of the product and have exceeded the allowable 72 hours return time limit, you will need to contact the direct manufacturer of the product regarding issues.

Shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping fees associated with the return or re-shipment of the items. Customer’s that refuse delivery of orders are responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping.

If the returned order qualified for free shipping, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount and we will first contact the buyer.
